Our History

North American Property Services Inc. (NAPSI) is the culmination company of several firms that began in the early 1970's. Our roots are in the custodial services arena, but our capabilities are much broader so we can support any number of service delivery platforms.

Our staff includes former executives of both commercial real estate management firms, ie. LaSalle Partners Incorporated, Compass Management, CB Commercial, as well as other national and regional contract cleaning service companies. Although we may be "janitors" by trade, we do have a unique knowledge of property management and operations within our industry.

In addition, we are a minority-owned company. We began with an 8(a) Minority-Owned (Asian) designation from the US Small Business Administration. The company, of course, has grown well beyond that program, but we are still minority-owned. Therefore, when we provide this bundle of services to our clients, all those dollars are tier-one minority dollars.
